Ingredients:

milk

cup
cream

soft bread crumbs

salt

pinch pepper

dried

chopped onion

cup
chopped celery
1/4
cup
chopped parsley

lbs
ground meat
Procedures:

Preheat oven to 375°F

In a large bowl, use a mixing spoon to combine egg, cream and milk.

Stir in bread cubes and let stand until bread absorbs milk.

Use potato masher or fork to mash and stir mixture until bread is in very small pieces.

Stir in salt, pepper, basil, onion, celery and parsley.

Add ground meat and mix well with spoon or hands.

Using hands, press mixture into a 9 x 5' loaf pan.

Bake for 45 minutes.

Garnish with sliced carrots or chopped parsley if desired.

Slice and serve.
