vanilla pod

Procedures:

Slice apricots in halves. Remove seeds and cut into 1/2 inch - thick slices.

Toss apricot slices in lemon juice. Set aside.

In a sauce pan, heat cider to boil.

Add vanilla pod into the cider and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Remove vanilla pod, and pour the cider in the bowl with apricots. Set aside and let cool.

Arrange in serving cups with raspberries. garnish with mint leaves.
