Raspberry Sherbet Tart

Ingredients:
1 lbsraspberries
1/2 cupwater
1/2 cupsugar
1 1/2 cupcream
1 tspvanilla extract
1/3 cupsugar
Procedures:
1In a blender, mix raspberries, sugar and water to a puree.
2Strain through a cheesecloth or strainer.
3In a separate bowl, mix the cream with vanilla extract and sugar. Whip cream with an electric mixer until stiff.
4Mix the cream with the raspberry mixture and transfer to a small pie mold.
5Freeze for 5-6 hours. Top with assorted berries.
