Ingredients:

| cup | fresh lemon juice | | 1
| tsp | instant (powdered) gelatin | | 1/2
| cup | cold water | | 1
| | 8-inch baked pie shell | | 1 1/2
| cup | sweetened whipped cream |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a large bowl, combine lemon juice and whipped cream. | | 2 | Add instant gelatin in cold water, stir well. Heat at high for 45 seconds in the microwarve, until gelatin is dissolved. Add to the whipped cream mixture, mix well. | | 3 | Pour whipped cream mixture into the baked pie shell. | | 4 | Refrigerate overnight. | | 5 | Garnish with sliced fruits if desired. |
