| cup | Mushrooms | | 1
| | Onion, chopped | | 1
| | Clove garlic, chopped | | | Parsley, chopped - to taste | | 1
| | Celery, chopped | | 1
| | Green pepper, chopped | | 1
| cup | Crescent rolls, or see below | | | CRUST R | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 2
| tsp | Baking powder | | 1/2
| tsp | Poultry seasoning | | 2
| cup | Flour |

Procedures:
| 1 | ~-------------------------------------pastry:---------- ~-- place the ground beef in a skillet. | | 2 | Cook, stiring with a fork until brown. | | 3 | Add salt, pepper, mushrooms, onion, garlic, parsley, celety, green pepper. | | 4 | Blend well and simmer with 1/3 cup water for about 10 minutes. | | 5 | Cool. | | 6 | Make dough or get rolls ready. | | 7 | Roll out ans for a jelly roll, place meat on 1/3 and roll, pinch end edges together. | | 8 | Place on greased shallow pan and brush with milk. | | 9 | Bake at 425°F for 30 minutes |
