Ingredients:
1 lbsGround beef
1 cupMushrooms
1 Onion, chopped
1 Clove garlic, chopped
Parsley, chopped - to taste
1 Celery, chopped
1 Green pepper, chopped
1 cupCrescent rolls, or see below
CRUST R
1 tspSalt
2 tspBaking powder
1/2 tspPoultry seasoning
2 cupFlour
Procedures:
1~-------------------------------------pastry:---------- ~-- place the ground beef in a skillet.
2Cook, stiring with a fork until brown.
3Add salt, pepper, mushrooms, onion, garlic, parsley, celety, green pepper.
4Blend well and simmer with 1/3 cup water for about 10 minutes.
5Cool.
6Make dough or get rolls ready.
7Roll out ans for a jelly roll, place meat on 1/3 and roll, pinch end edges together.
8Place on greased shallow pan and brush with milk.
9Bake at 425°F for 30 minutes
