Pear Sherbet

Ingredients:
2 lbspears
1/2 cupapple juice
1/3 cupwater
3 tbspsugar
1/2 tspvanilla extract
Procedures:
1Peel the pears, cut in halves and remove the seeds.
2Cut pears into small morsels.
3Add all ingredients in a blender and puree.
4Place in a large bowl or container and refrigerate for 2-3 hours, then transfer to a freezer.
5Freeze for 3-4 hours then scoop into serving cups.
6Serve with fruits or berries.
