Ingredients:

| lbs | pears | | 1/2
| cup | apple juice | | 1/3
| cup | water | | 3
| tbsp | sugar | | 1/2
| tsp | vanilla extract |

Procedures:
| 1 | Peel the pears, cut in halves and remove the seeds. | | 2 | Cut pears into small morsels. | | 3 | Add all ingredients in a blender and puree. | | 4 | Place in a large bowl or container and refrigerate for 2-3 hours, then transfer to a freezer. | | 5 | Freeze for 3-4 hours then scoop into serving cups. | | 6 | Serve with fruits or berries. |
