Pork Chops Stuffed with Prunes

Ingredients:
4 large pork chops (about 200 grams each)
1 dash salt, pepper and paprika
1/2 cupdried prunes
1/3 cupred wine
1 tbspcooking oil
Sauce:
1/3 cupred wine
3/4 cupchicken stock
1 tspcornstarch
Procedures:
1Chop the dried prunes and immerse in red wine for about 30 minutes.
2Season pork chops with salt, pepper and paprika.
3Slice a small pocket in the middle, stuff with the chopped prunes.
4In a skillet, pan-fry the pork chops in medium heat until done.
5Remove pork chops and set aside.
6Deglaze pan with red wine.
7Add chicken stock and simmer for a minute.
8Dissolve cornstarch in a little water, then add to the sauce.
9Simmer for about 1-2 minutes until it thickens.
10. Season with salt and pepper.
11.Serve pork chops with sauce and prunes on the side.
