Ingredients:
| 4
| | large pork chops (about 200 grams each) | | 1
| | dash salt, pepper and paprika | | 1/2
| cup | dried prunes | | 1/3
| cup | red wine | | 1
| tbsp | cooking oil | | | Sauce: | | 1/3
| cup | red wine | | 3/4
| cup | chicken stock | | 1
| tsp | cornstarch |

Procedures:
| 1 | Chop the dried prunes and immerse in red wine for about 30 minutes. | | 2 | Season pork chops with salt, pepper and paprika. | | 3 | Slice a small pocket in the middle, stuff with the chopped prunes. | | 4 | In a skillet, pan-fry the pork chops in medium heat until done. | | 5 | Remove pork chops and set aside. | | 6 | Deglaze pan with red wine. | | 7 | Add chicken stock and simmer for a minute. | | 8 | Dissolve cornstarch in a little water, then add to the sauce. | | 9 | Simmer for about 1-2 minutes until it thickens. | | 10 | . Season with salt and pepper. | | 11 | .Serve pork chops with sauce and prunes on the side. |
