Tagliatelli Marinara

Ingredients:
1 lbstagliatelli (or linguini/spaghetti) noodles
4 tspolive oil
1 tbspchopped garlic
1/2 cupchopped onions
2 cupcanned Italian tomatoes, finely chopped
1/4 cupchopped celery
2 tbsptomato paste
1/4 lbscooked and peeled shrimps
1 cantuna
2 tbspwhite or red wine
2 tspchopped parsley.
Procedures:
1Cook pasta according to package directions. Set aside.
2In a sauce pan, saute chopped onions and garlic in olive oil until onion is translucent.
3Add tomato paste and celery and continue cooking for about 1 minute.
4Add tuna and shrimps, cook for about 2 minutes.
5Add wine and chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper.
6Add cooked pasta noodles, and serve with parmesan cheese on the side.
