Ingredients:

| oz | Pumpkin, canned or fresh | | | - pureed | | 2
| cup | Bisquick | | 1/2
| cup | Raisins, optonal | | 1/2
| cup | Oil | | 4
| | Eggs, beaten | | 2
| tbsp | Cinnamon | | | FROSTING | | 3
| oz | Cream cheese, softened | | 1/3
| cup | Butter | | 2
| cup | Powdered sugar, sifted | | 1
| tbsp | Milk | | 1
| tbsp | Vanilla |

Procedures:
| 1 | Oven temp: 350 degrees preheat oven. | | 2 | Grease jelly roll pan 15 ?x 10 ?x 1". | | 3 | Beat sugar, oil pumpkin and eggs on medium speed in mixer for 1 minute. | | 4 | Stir in bisquick, cinnamon and raisins. | | 5 | Pour into prepared pan. | | 6 | Bake until toothpick in center comes out clean, about 25 to 30 minutes. | | 7 | Cool, frost and cut into 3x 1" bars. | | 8 | Cream cheese frosting: beat cream cheese, butter, milk and vanilla until creamy. | | 9 | Stir in powdered sugar. |
