Ingredients:
2 cupSugar
16 ozPumpkin, canned or fresh
- pureed
2 cupBisquick
1/2 cupRaisins, optonal
1/2 cupOil
4 Eggs, beaten
2 tbspCinnamon
FROSTING
3 ozCream cheese, softened
1/3 cupButter
2 cupPowdered sugar, sifted
1 tbspMilk
1 tbspVanilla
Procedures:
1Oven temp: 350 degrees preheat oven.
2Grease jelly roll pan 15 ?x 10 ?x 1".
3Beat sugar, oil pumpkin and eggs on medium speed in mixer for 1 minute.
4Stir in bisquick, cinnamon and raisins.
5Pour into prepared pan.
6Bake until toothpick in center comes out clean, about 25 to 30 minutes.
7Cool, frost and cut into 3x 1" bars.
8Cream cheese frosting: beat cream cheese, butter, milk and vanilla until creamy.
9Stir in powdered sugar.
