Ingredients:

| cups | blueberries or raspberries | | 2
| cups | strawberries, hulled and quartered | | 2
| tbsp | brandy | | 1
| tbsp | liquid honey | | 2
| tbsp | freshly squeezed lime juice | | 4
| tbsp | freshly squeezed orange juice | | 1 1/2
| cups | mascarpone cheese | | | broken caramel pieces for decoration(optional) |

Procedures:
| 1 | Place blueberries or raspberries in bottom of 4 serving dishes. Top with strawberries. | | 2 | Mix together brandy, honey, lime juice and orange juice. Pour over berries.Spoon mascarpone on top and decorate with shards of caramel , if desired |
