Ingredients:

| | slices white bread, crust removed | | 1/2

| | garlic cloves, finely chopped | | 1/4
| | fresh lemon juice | | 4
| oz | smoked cod roe, skinned | | 1/4
| cup | olive oil |

Procedures:
| 1 | Put bread in a shallow bowl, add milk and set aside to soak for 5 minutes | | 2 | .Transfer bread and milk to a food processor. Add garlic, lemon juice and cool roe.
