Roasted Red Pepper Pasta

Ingredients:
7 ozroasted red peppers packed in oil, undrained
2 tbspFresh basil leaves, finely chopped
2 tspGarlic, finely chopped
2 tbspOlive or Vegetable Oil
1 lbsuncooked medium shrimp peeled and deveined
2 tbspDry White Wine
1 1/2 cupsWater
1/2 cupMilk
1 packNoodles & Sauce-Alfredo
Procedures:
1In food processor or blender, process red peppers, 1 tablespoon basil and 1 teaspoon garlic until smooth; set aside.
2In large skillet heat oil and cook remaining 1 teaspoon garlic with shrimp over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until shrimp turn pink; remove and set aside.
3Into skillet, add wine and cook for 1 minute. Add water and milk; bring to a boil. Stir in noodles and alfredo sauce, then simmer, stirring occasionally for 8 minutes or until noodles are tender. Stir in red pepper purée and black pepper; heat trhrough.
4To serve, arrange shrimp over noodles, then sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon basil. Garnish, if desired, with fresh basil.
