Ingredients:

| oz | roasted red peppers packed in oil, undrained | | 2
| tbsp | Fresh basil leaves, finely chopped | | 2
| tsp | Garlic, finely chopped | | 2
| tbsp | Olive or Vegetable Oil | | 1
| lbs | uncooked medium shrimp peeled and deveined | | 2
| tbsp | Dry White Wine | | 1 1/2
| cups | Water | | 1/2
| cup | Milk | | 1
| pack | Noodles & Sauce-Alfredo |

Procedures:
| 1 | In food processor or blender, process red peppers, 1 tablespoon basil and 1 teaspoon garlic until smooth; set aside. | | 2 | In large skillet heat oil and cook remaining 1 teaspoon garlic with shrimp over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until shrimp turn pink; remove and set aside. | | 3 | Into skillet, add wine and cook for 1 minute. Add water and milk; bring to a boil. Stir in noodles and alfredo sauce, then simmer, stirring occasionally for 8 minutes or until noodles are tender. Stir in red pepper purée and black pepper; heat trhrough. | | 4 | To serve, arrange shrimp over noodles, then sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon basil. Garnish, if desired, with fresh basil. |
