Chilled Coriander and Yogurt Cream Soup

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cupsplain yougurt
1 1/2 cupspacked, chopped fresh corinder, leaves and tender stems only
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 cuplight cream
3 cupschicken stock parsley spring for garnish
Procedures:
1In a food processor or blender, put yogurt, coriander, onion and cream until smooth.
2Pour in a large container, add stock, and mix well.
3Cover and chill until ready to serve, Garnish with parsley or fresh coriander.
