Ingredients:

| lbs | Pork loin, sliced | | 4
| tbsp | Soy sauce, light | | 4
| tbsp | Mirin, Japanese rice wine | | 1
| | Onion, large | | 2
| tbsp | Butter | | 1
| cup | Cabbage, shredded | | 2
| | Green bell pepper |

Procedures:
| 1 | Slice the pork loin into 1-inch squares. | | 2 | Mix the soy sauce and the rice wine. Set aside. | | 3 | Cut the green bell pepper. Remove the seeds, and cut into half-inch cubes. | | 4 | Peel the onion, and make thin slices - "julienne". | | 5 | Heat the butter in the frying pan, and stir-fry the pork slices until pork starts to brown. | | 6 | Add the cabbage, onions and bell pepper cubes and continue to stir-fry. | | 7 | Pour in the wine and soy sauce, and continue to saute until well done. | | 8 | Serve with steamed white rice. |
