Grilled Pork Kabobs with Orange Glaze

Ingredients:
2 lbsPork, boneless leg or Loin (tenderloin end)
12 Wooden kabob sticks, 17.5 cm (7")
1/4 cupSesame Seeds, toasted
MARINADE
1 cuporange juice
2 tbspsesame Oil
2 Garlic gloves, chopped
1/4 tspwhite pepper
2 tbspLight Soy Sauce
SAUCE
1 1/2 cupsOrange Marmalade
3/4 cupLiquid Honey
1/4 cupWhite Vinegar
1 Garlic gloves, chopped
1/4 tspginger Powder
1/4 tspCrushed Chilies
1 tbspLight soy sauce
Procedures:
1Soak kabob sticks in water for 30 minutes.
2Dice Pork into 1.5 cm (1/2 inch) cubes.
3Skewer cubes onto sticks using approximately 60g (2 oz) per sitck.
4Place completed sticks in a shallow container.
5Mix all ingredients together; pour over kabobs, cover and refrigerate for at least two hours.
6Mix all ingredients together and set aside.
7Place sesame seeds on a tray and bake in a pre-heated 175C(350F) oven for approximately 10 minutes, or until golden; remove, cool.
8Remove kabobs from marinade, grill over medium-high heat, turninbg often for approximately 10 minutes. During the last 2 minutes of cooking , brush kabobs lightly with some of the orange glaze. Place cooked kabobs on a platter with shredded lettuce, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
9Serve with orange wedges and extra orange glaze either warmed or at room temperature.
