Sweet and Spicy Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
4 lbsChicken wings, frozen
5 Red Chilli pepper
1 tspGarlic, chopped
1 tspGinger, minced
1 tbspGreen onions, chopped
1 cupSoy sauce
4 tbspMirin, Japanese rice wine
2 tbspBrown sugar
1/8 tspSesame oil
2 tspSesame seeds
Procedures:
1Thaw the chicken wings in the refrigerator overnight.
2Toast the sesame seeds until light golden brown in color.
3Set aside.
4Grill the chicken wings over high heat until well cooked. Turn them over to make sure that both sides are evenly cooked. Set aside.
5Mix the chopped chili peppers, garlic, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, rice wine and brown sugar together in a bowl.
6Pour the sauce mixture in a large casserole and cook over high heat until mixture starts to boil.
7Add the grilled chicken wings and mix thoroughly until well coated.
8Toss in a few drops of sesame oil to bring out an appetizing aroma.
9Remove from casserole and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
10Makes 8-10 servings.
