Ingredients:

| | Eggs, large | | 2
| tsp | All purpose flour | | 1
| cup | Milk | | 1
| tsp | Parsley fresh | | 1
| tsp | Italian seasoning | | 1
| tsp | Paprika | | 2
| tsp | Baking powder | | 2
| lbs | Crab meat, cooked | | 2
| tbsp | Corn oil |

Procedures:
| 1 | Using a small whisk, mix the flour into the milk and eggs. | | 2 | Pass through a fine strainer to remove lumps. | | 3 | Add the chopped parsley, paprika, italian seasoning and baking powder. | | 4 | Add a dash of salt and pepper to give taste. | | 5 | Add the crab meat into the batter and mix well to form cakes / patties. | | 6 | Heat the corn oil on a frying pan using medium heat. | | 7 | Using a small ladle, scoop and fry 3 crabmeat patties at a time. | | 8 | Fry for two minutes on each side, until golden brown. | | 9 | Serve with your desired or sauce. |
