Ingredients:

| lbs | Spaghetti | | 2
| tbsp | Olive oil | | 2
| tbsp | Garlic, chopped | | 20
| | Basil leaves, fresh | | 8
| tbsp | Chicken stock | | 4
| tbsp | Toasted pine nuts | | 4
| tbsp | Parmesan cheese, grated | | 2
| tsp | Black peppercorn, ground |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cook spaghetti in boiling water until it is "AlDente". Cut the basil leaves into thin slices "julienne". | | 2 | Drain and refresh in cold water. | | 3 | Saute the chopped garlic in olive oil. | | 4 | Add the toasted pine nuts, and saute for 1 minute. | | 5 | Pour in the chicken stock, and simmer for1 minute. | | 6 | Add the sliced basil, then the spaghetti. | | 7 | Add the grated parmesan cheese, andtoss lightly. | | 8 | Arrange in 4 serving plates. Garnish with basil leaves and ground black peppercorn. |
