Spaghetti with Toasted Pine Nuts

Ingredients:
1 lbsSpaghetti
2 tbspOlive oil
2 tbspGarlic, chopped
20 Basil leaves, fresh
8 tbspChicken stock
4 tbspToasted pine nuts
4 tbspParmesan cheese, grated
2 tspBlack peppercorn, ground
Procedures:
1Cook spaghetti in boiling water until it is "AlDente". Cut the basil leaves into thin slices "julienne".
2Drain and refresh in cold water.
3Saute the chopped garlic in olive oil.
4Add the toasted pine nuts, and saute for 1 minute.
5Pour in the chicken stock, and simmer for1 minute.
6Add the sliced basil, then the spaghetti.
7Add the grated parmesan cheese, andtoss lightly.
8Arrange in 4 serving plates. Garnish with basil leaves and ground black peppercorn.
