Grilled Tuna Steak with Worchestershire

Ingredients:
8 Tuna steak, 8 oz
1 xSalt
1 tspBlack peppercorn, ground
SAUCE:
4 tbspWorchestershire
4 tbspWhite wine vinegar
4 tbspOlive oil
4 tbspWhite wine, dry
Procedures:
1Combine all sauce ingredients together.
2Set aside.
3Season the tuna steaks with salt. Coat with ground black pepper.
4Grill the tuna over a hot charcoal grill, cooking each side for 2 minutes.
5Arrange on serving plates. Serve with the sauce on the side.
6Serve with steamed potatoes, and garnish with a sprig of parsley.
