Ingredients:

| tbsp | Garlic, chopped | | 1
| tbsp | Coriander leaves, chopped | | 1
| tsp | Black peppercorn, ground | | 2
| tbsp | Oyster sauce | | 2
| tbsp | Soy sauce, light | | 1
| tbsp | Sugar | | | SAUCE | | 1
| tbsp | White onions, chopped | | 1
| tbsp | Oyster sauce | | 2
| tsp | Lemon juice | | 1
| tsp | Chili powder |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped garlic, ground pepper and chopped coriander leaves to form a paste. | | 2 | Add the light soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar. | | 3 | Marinate the pork neck in the marinade for 1 hour. | | 4 | While waiting, mix the ingredients for the sauce together. | | 5 | Set aside. | | 6 | Grill the pork over a hot charcoal grill until the meat is cooked. (Approximately 12 minutes) | | 7 | Remove from heat and slice the pork neck into 1/2 inch slices. | | 8 | Arrange on a serving platter and serve with the chili sauce on the side. | | 9 | Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. |
