Grilled Pork Neck Slices with Chilli Sauce

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsPork neck
MARINADE:
1 tbspGarlic, chopped
1 tbspCoriander leaves, chopped
1 tspBlack peppercorn, ground
2 tbspOyster sauce
2 tbspSoy sauce, light
1 tbspSugar
SAUCE
1 tbspWhite onions, chopped
1 tbspOyster sauce
2 tspLemon juice
1 tspChili powder
Procedures:
1In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped garlic, ground pepper and chopped coriander leaves to form a paste.
2Add the light soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar.
3Marinate the pork neck in the marinade for 1 hour.
4While waiting, mix the ingredients for the sauce together.
5Set aside.
6Grill the pork over a hot charcoal grill until the meat is cooked. (Approximately 12 minutes)
7Remove from heat and slice the pork neck into 1/2 inch slices.
8Arrange on a serving platter and serve with the chili sauce on the side.
9Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
