1 packFluffy pastry dough
1 packFrozen vegetables of choice
-or fresh/frozen combo
1 Recipe medium white sauce
-(recipe is on cornstarch
-box, make vegan
-substitutions as directed)*
Procedures:
1*substitute margarine for butter and soy milk for milk; decrease the margarine by at least one-half for low-fat version.
2steam vegetables and make white sauce.
3Combine sauce and vegetables.
4Spoon sauce and veggie mixture into pastry dough (like turnovers) and bake acording to package directions.
