Ingredients:
1 cupDried corn
1 cupWhole wheat
1 cupBrown rice
1 cupWhite rice
1 cupBlack beans
1 cupLentils
1 cupOatmeal
Procedures:
1Whir grains one at a time in blender until coarsely chopped.
2Mix well and store in a covered container.
3When you want a veggie burger scoop out needed amount <1 cup makes 4 good sized burgers>whir 1 cup at a time in blender until reasonably fine.
4Heat 1 cup of water for each cup of mix until boiling add seasonings add to dry mixture and stir until liquid is absorbed.
5Drop by large spoonsfull into nonstick fry pan it will firm up as it cooks.
6Its gloppy to start with.
7That"s ok.
8Turn when brown on bottom.
9Serve as pleases you.
10For a more tender pancake like burger use a little more water.
11Beef, chicken, or ham flavored burgers.
12Use 2 tbs soup starter for each cup of water.
13Serve on buns with lettuce tomatoe, onion, ketchup, mustard or whatever strikes your fancy.
14For cheeseburgers use ff cheese.
15Taco burgers add ?pkt taco seasonings to each cup of water.
16Serve with salsa or stir fry to a chunky consistancy and make tacos hawaiian burgers use pineapple juice in place of ?the water add a dash of soy sauce.
17Serve with pineapple rings.
18Sloppy joes use ?c. sloppy joe mix for each cup of water stir fry to chuncky consistancy.
19Serve on whole wheat buns.
20Sweet and sour burgers.
