Ingredients:
STUFFED SPUDS
2 Baked potatoes
1/2 cupWhite sauce
1/4 tspSalt
1/2 cupJack cheese, grated
1/4 cupPeas, thawed
1/4 cupCarrots, cooked, chpd
2 tbspGreen pepper, chpd
1 tbspPimiento, diced
Procedures:
1Cut potatoes in halves.
2Scoop out pulp; mix well; set aside in a covered bowl.
3Combine all other ingreds; mix well.
4Stir into mashed potato and again mix well.
5Heap mixture into potato halves.
6Place on an ungreased cookie sheet; bake 375°F, 20-25 mins or until tops are brown.
