Ingredients:
3 cupPlain yogurt
1 cupMilk
1 cupWater
1 cupMango pulp
1/2 cupSugar
1 ozPistachios, ground
Procedures:
1In a pitcher, combine the yogurt, milk, water, pulp, and sugar.
2Whisk briskly until completely mixed.
3Chill.
4To serve, pour over crushed ice.
5Sprinkle the ground pistachios over the top.
6Makes 4 to 6 servings
