Ingredients:
5 cupWater
1/2 cupSpinach
1/2 cupTomatoes
1/2 cupTurnips
1/2 cupOnions
1/2 cupCelery
1 ea Bay leaf
1 clGarlic
Procedures:
1Choose your own vegetables, even leftovers, if desired.
2Just make sure to use twice as much liquid as vegetables.
3Chop spinach and tomatoes, slice turnips and onions.
4Chop celery.
5Combine all ingredients in a large stockpot and bring to boil.
6Remove any foam that might come to the top.
7Reduce heat, cover and simmer slowly for 1 ?hours.
8Strain, cool, cover, refrigerate or freeze.
