Ingredients:
1 8" graham cracker crust
-unbaked
1 lbsTofu
1/2 cupBrown sugar
1/3 cupHoney or syrup
1/4 cupOil
2 tbspLemon juice
1 tbspUnbleached white flour
1 tspVanilla
Pinch of salt
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Blend all ingredients except the crust in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
3Pour into the unbaked pie shell and bake for about 45 minutes or until cracks start to form around the edge of the filling.
