Two peas with turmeric and mint

Ingredients:
1/2 lbsSnap peas
2 tbspMargarine
1 eachCl Garlic, peeled and minced
1 tbspLemon juice
1/8 tbspSalt
1/3 lbsSnow peas
1 tbspOlive oil
1/4 tbspTumeric
1 tbspMint, fresh, finely chopped
1 xBlack pepper to taste
Procedures:
1Bring a medium pan of water to the boil.
2Snap the ends off the snap and snow peas.
3Add the snap peas to the boiling water and time 30 seconds; add the snow peas and time 1 minute.
4Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking completely.
5Pat dry with paper towels.
6In a medium skillet heat the margarine and olive oil over medium heat.
7Add the garlic and saute 1 minute.
8Add the tumeric and lemon juice; swirl to incorporate.
9Add the peas, mint, salt and pepper.
10Stir for about 2 minutes to heat the peas through.
11Serve immedietely.
