Ingredients:

| lbs | Snap peas | | 2
| tsp | Margarine | | 1
| | Cl Garlic, peeled and minced | | 1
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 1/8
| tsp | Salt | | 1/3
| lbs | Snow peas | | 1
| tsp | Olive oil | | 1/4
| tsp | Tumeric | | 1
| tbsp | Mint, fresh, finely chopped | | | Black pepper to taste |

Procedures:
| 1 | Bring a medium pan of water to the boil. | | 2 | Snap the ends off the snap and snow peas. | | 3 | Add the snap peas to the boiling water and time 30 seconds; add the snow peas and time 1 minute. | | 4 | Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking completely. | | 5 | Pat dry with paper towels. | | 6 | In a medium skillet heat the margarine and olive oil over medium heat. | | 7 | Add the garlic and saute 1 minute. | | 8 | Add the tumeric and lemon juice; swirl to incorporate. | | 9 | Add the peas, mint, salt and pepper. | | 10 | Stir for about 2 minutes to heat the peas through. | | 11 | Serve immedietely. |
