Ingredients:

| tbsp | Oil | | 2
| | Garlic cloves, diced | | 1
| | Onion, diced | | 1
| | Carrot, diced | | 1
| | Red bell pepper, diced | | 1
| | Celery stick, diced | | 2
| tbsp | Tamari | | 2
| lbs | Tofu, mashed | | 4
| slice | Wholewheat bread | | 1
| tbsp | Oil | | 1
| tbsp | Tamari | | 1/2
| tsp | Garlic powder | | 1
| cup | Nutritional yeast | | 1/2
| cup | Tahini | | 1/2
| tsp | Basil | | 1/2
| tsp | Oregano | | 1/2
| tsp | Turmeric |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat oil in a skillet, add garlic, onion, pepper, carrot & celery. | | 2 | Season with 1 tb tamari. | | 3 | Cook till vegetables are tender. | | 4 | Remove from heat & put in a large mixing bowl. | | 5 | Add mashed tofu. | | 6 | Cut bread into crouton sized pieces & quick fry in remaining oil with rest of tamari, garlic powder & 5 tb nutritional yeast. | | 7 | Add to tofu mixture. | | 8 | Add rest of the ingredients. | | 9 | Mix well. | | 10 | Place in a well oiled casserole dish & press down very well. | | 11 | Bake at 350f for 35 minutes. | | 12 | Allow to cool slightly, then turn out on a plate. | | 13 | Slice & serve. | | 14 | Excellent cold too. |
