Ingredients:
1/4 cupButter
1 1/4 cupSugar
3 Eggs
3 1/2 cupFlour
3 tspBaking Powder
1 tspSalt
Procedures:
1Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
2Cream the eggs one at a time.
3Add flour, baking powder and salt; 2 tablespoons at a time until all used up.
4Doush should be quite stiff, make walnut sized balls and roll into a 6 inch rope the size of a pencil.
5Make a ring on a lightly greased baking sheet, sealing the edges together.
6Bake in a preheated 350°F oven 20-25 minutes until light brown.
7Makes 2/-3 dozen.
