Thanksgiving loaf

Ingredients:
3 cupCooked lentils
3 cupSteamed brown rice
1/2 cupDry oatmeal or cornmeal
1/2 cupAlmond or cashews, ground
-fine ?cup (approx.)
-tomato juice
1/4 cupSunflower seeds, ground
-fine
-(optional)
1 cupChopped celery
1 cupChopped tomatoes
1 Heaping tablespoon of sage
-(this is the key spice)
-Garlic power (optional
-can be added while
-eating)
3 cupCooked millet
1 cupWhole wheat bread
-crumbled (3 slices)
1 cupChopped onions
1 tbspLight
-vegetable oil
1/2 tspCelery seed
-ground
-Salt to taste
Procedures:
1Lightly saute onions in a mixture of water and oil.
2add celery and tomatoes, but only saute very little to soften and stop.
3(the celery, if not over-cooked, gives a nice "crunch" to the loaf)
4combine all the ingredients and mix well, add bread crumbs and tomato juice to make stiff.
5Add water if the mixture seems too dry.
6Place in lightly oiled loaf pans.
7Bake at 350 °F.
8For 1 hour.
9serve with favourite veggy ``gravy"" (optional).
10After baking, cover with towel to keep moist, or if you like it dry, don"t cover.
11serve with parsley "gravy" entered separately
