Tofu spaghetti balls

Ingredients:
1 lbsTofu
1/4 cupWalnuts, chopped or ground
-in dry blender
2 medOnions, minced
1/2 cupQuick-cooking oats
2 tbspChopped parsley
1 tbspDried basil
1/2 tbspDill weed
1/2 tbspGarlic powder
1/2 tbspThyme
2 tbspSoy sauce
1 tbspCorn starch
1/2 cupWhole wheat flour
Vegetable oil, for browning
2 cupTomato or spaghetti sauce
Procedures:
1Wrap tofu in cloth or paper towels for a few minutes to remove excess water.
2Mash and mix well with all ingredients except oil and tomato sauce.
3Form into 24 small balls and flatten slightly as you place them in an oiled baking dish.
4Sprinkle a little oil on each.
5Bake at 375°F.
6For 20-25 minutes, turning once to brown both sides.
7Spread tomato sauce over balls.
8Bake at 350°F.
9For an additional 15-20 minutes.
10Serve over pasta or on french bread as a sandwich.
