Ingredients:

| cup | Rice vinegar | | 1
| tbsp | Sesame oil | | 1
| pack | Mori-Nu silken extra firm | | | -tofu, drained and cut into | | | -?inch cubes (10.5 oz) | | 1
| cup | Carrots, chopped | | 1
| cup | Celery, sliced | | 1/2
| cup | Scallions, sliced | | 1/4
| cup | Fresh ginger, sliced | | 1
| cup | Rice, cooked |

Procedures:
