Vegie soup in the crock pot

Ingredients:
1 lbsBeef shank
14 1/4 ozCan tomatoes
2 Carrots
2 Onions
2 Potatoes
3 Celery
3 cupWater
3 Bouillon cubes
1 tspSalt
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed
-vegies
Procedures:
1Put the 3 cups water, bouillon cubes, salt and mashed tomatoes in crock pot.
2Turn the crock pot on so the cubes will begin to dissolve.
3Meanwhile, cut up vegies.
4Put meat into the pot with vegies on top.
5Frozen package of vegies goes in during last half of cooking time.
6Stir couple times during cooking time.
7Cook 12 hours on low (4 hours on high).
8When the soup is done, remove shank from pot.
9Remove meat from bone, cutting it into small pieces and return to pot.
10Stir meat into soup and serve.
11Serves 4-6.
