| 1 | Remove giblets from inside chicken. |
| 2 | Pour 1 cup of sauce inside cavity. |
| 3 | Place chicken breast-down in crockpot. |
| 4 | Pour remaining sauce over chicken. |
| 5 | Add ?cup molasses or honey, if desired. |
| 6 | Cook until done. |
