| each | Flour | | 1
| each | Oil | | 8
| oz | Tomato Sauce | | 1
| tsp | Lemon Peel, fresh grated | | 2
| tbsp | Lemon Juice, fresh squeezed | | 2
| tsp | Worcestershire Sauce | | 1
| tsp | Celery Seed | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Pepper | | 1/4
| tsp | Rosemary Leaves, crushed | | 3
| each | Med. Potatoes, peeled, cubed | | 2
| cup | Carrots, peeled and sliced | | 2
| cup | Celery, sliced diagonally | | 1
| each | Sm. Whole Onions, drained | | 1
| pack | Frozen Peas, slightly thawed | | 2
| tbsp | Flour |

Procedures:
| 1 | Season beef with slat and pepper, lightly coat with flour, and brown in 2 parts in large skillet. | | 2 | Pour off fat, put meat in crock pot. | | 3 | Add everything except last 3 ingredients. | | 4 | Cover and cook on low 8 - 10 hours. | | 5 | Add onions and peas and cook 1 - 2 hours longer. | | 6 | Gradually blend ?c water into the 2 t flour. | | 7 | Add to stew mixture and cook on high, stirring until thickened |
