Ingredients:
18 ozLiver
1 tspMaggiseasoning
2 ozButter
1 Apple, small
1 slicePineapple, out of can
1 1/3 cupWater
1 packBrown Gravy
2 tbspSour Cream
Procedures:
11.clean liver,dry with papertowl,cut into small strips.season with maggi.
22.heat butter in skillet and brown liver in it untill it is brown-grey.
3It will be fast, take out and keep warm.
42.peel and cut apple in small pices,cut pineapple the same way.
53.saute the fruits in the pan;add water and the package of dry gravy.
64.let come to a boil; add liver;heat all again.add the sour creme and heat but dont let it boil.
7Serve with wide noodles or rice or mashed potatoes or bread and a green salad
