Poppy seed hamantaschen

Ingredients:
5 cupTo 6 cups flour, divided
1/2 tspSalt
1 tspBaking powder
1/2 cupShortening
5 Eggs
1 cupHoney
POPPY SEED FILLING
2 cupPoppy seeds *
1 cupMilk
3/4 cupHoney
1 tspLemon peel
1/2 cupRaisins
Procedures:
1* use your food processor to grind the poppy seeds for the filling.
2Combine 5 cups flour, salt and baking powder; mix well.
3Make a well in the center and add shortening, 4 eggs and honey.
4Work together until dough is formed, adding flour as needed.
5Roll out thinly and cut into 4-inch circles.
6For filling, grind poppy seeds.
7Combine with milk and honey.
8Cook over low heat until thickened.
9Add lemon peel and raisins; cool.
10Place 1 tablespoon filling on each dough circle; fold up three sides and press together into triangles leaving tops somewhat open.
11Beat remaining egg and brush over dough.
12Bake at 350 degrees 20 minutes or until browned.
