Ingredients:
1 lbsPoppyseed
1/3 cupHoney
1 Egg
1/2 cupSugar
Nuts & raisins (opt.)
Procedures:
1Wash poppyseed thoroughly in boiling water and drain.
2Spread thinly on clean cloth and allow to dry overnight.
3Grind with finest blade of chopper and mix together with remaining ingredients.
4Place tablespoonfull in center of hamantaschen.
5If using prepared poppyseed filling, add 2 tbs.
6Honey to mixture.
