Ingredients:
FROM MANNA TO MOUSSE
2 Matzo
Cold water
2 Eggs
1 cupChicken soup
1 tbspChicken fat
1 Onion, medium
1/4 lbsChicken liver, chopped
Salt & pepper, to taste
Procedures:
1Break matzo into pieces and soak in cold water.
2Drain well.
3Mix with eggs, chicken soup, and chicken fat.
4Saute onion and add to seasoned chopped liver.
5Mix all ingredients together.
6Bake uncovered at 350 °F for 1 hour
