Ingredients:

Matzo
Cold water

Eggs

Chicken soup

tbsp
Chicken fat

Onion, medium
1/4
lbs
Chicken liver, chopped
Salt & pepper, to taste
Procedures:

Break matzo into pieces and soak in cold water.

Drain well.

Mix with eggs, chicken soup, and chicken fat.

Saute onion and add to seasoned chopped liver.

Mix all ingredients together.

Bake uncovered at 350 °F for 1 hour
