Ingredients:
1 cupWhole wheat flour
1 tbspWhole mustard seeds
3/4 cupToasted wheat germ
1/2 tspSalt
4 tbsp(?stick) butter or
Margarine, softened
1/2 cupWater
Procedures:

410 to 15 minutes preheat the oven to 350°F.
5In the food processor or in a large bowl, combine the flour, mustard seeds, wheat germ, and salt.
6Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse meal.
7Mix in enough of the water to form a dough that will hold together in a cohesive ball.
8Divide the dough into 2 equal portions for rolling.
9On a floured surface or pastry cloth, roll out into a rectangle 1/16 inch thick.
10With a sharp knife, cut into 2-inch squares or desired shapes.
11Transfer them to an ungreased baking sheet.
12Prick each square 2 or 3 times, with the tines of a fork.
13Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges.
14Cool on a rack.
