| 13 | On a floured surface or pastry cloth, roll thin, maximum 1/8 inch. |
| 14 | With a sharp knife, cut the dough into 2-inch squares and place them on a lightly greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. |
| 15 | Prick each square 2 or 3 times with the tines of a fork. |
| 16 | Bake for 10 minutes. |
| 17 | Turn over and continue baking another 10 to 15 minutes, or until medium brown. |
