Procedures:

Beat eggs and sugar; add oil, poppy seeds and flavoring.

Mix in flour thoroughly.

Roll out on a floured board to 1/8th inch thickness.

Cut into desired shapes and place greased cookie sheet.

Sprinkle tops with a little sugar and bake at 375°F. for abt.
