Ingredients:
1/2 lbsCalf Or Beef Liver *
2 tbspVegetable Oil
1/4 tspGround Sage
1 tbspLemon Juice
2 Med. Onions, Sliced
1/4 tspPepper
2 tspSoy Sauce (ImportedIf Avail)
Chopped Parsley
Procedures:
1* liver should be sliced from ?to ?inch thick.
2Cut liver into serving pieces.
3Mix onions, oil, pepper and sage in 1-qt casserole.
4Cover and microwave on high (100 until onions are crisp tender, 4 to 6 minutes.
5Brush liver with soy sauce.
6Arrange with thickest pieces to outsied in 9- inch pie plate.
7Spoon onions evenly over liver.
8Cover tightly and microwave on high (100%) 3 minutes; turn pie plate one-half turn.
9Micro- wave until liver is no longer pink, 1 to 3 minutes (do not overcook).
10Let stand 3 minutes.
11(liver will continue to cook while standing).
12Sprinkle with lemon juice and parsley just before serving
