Ingredients:
2 lbsLiver (beef)
2 cupFlour
Salt to taste
1 tspPepper
2 cupMilk
1/2 lbsBacon
2 largeOnions
2 tbspCanola oil
2 tbspCorn flour
1 pinchBasil
1 pinchThyme
Procedures:
1Cut liver into desired thinkness.
2Soak liver in milk for a day in the refrigerator.
3Fry bacon and onions in the oil and set aside.
4Dredge liver through the flour,salt and pepper mix.
5Fry liver on a heavy skillet until slightly pink in the middle (medium).
6Remove liver and set aside.
7Mix cornflour and cold water and pour into skillet while off the heat and make gravy in the normal manner, adding basil plus thyme.
8Add liver, bacon and onions to the gravy and simmer for 15 minutes. serve
