Ingredients:
| 2
| lbs | Liver (beef) | | 2
| cup | Flour | | | Salt to taste | | 1
| tsp | Pepper | | 2
| cup | Milk | | 1/2
| lbs | Bacon | | 2
| large | Onions | | 2
| tbsp | Canola oil | | 2
| tbsp | Corn flour | | 1
| pinch | Basil | | 1
| pinch | Thyme |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cut liver into desired thinkness. | | 2 | Soak liver in milk for a day in the refrigerator. | | 3 | Fry bacon and onions in the oil and set aside. | | 4 | Dredge liver through the flour,salt and pepper mix. | | 5 | Fry liver on a heavy skillet until slightly pink in the middle (medium). | | 6 | Remove liver and set aside. | | 7 | Mix cornflour and cold water and pour into skillet while off the heat and make gravy in the normal manner, adding basil plus thyme. | | 8 | Add liver, bacon and onions to the gravy and simmer for 15 minutes. serve |
