Ingredients:
6 Eggs
1/4 cupVegetable oil
1/4 cupButter or margarine
1 1/2 cupSugar
1/4 cupVegetable shortening
2 tspBaking powder
1/4 tspSalt
1 1/2 tspFlavoring (anise, lemon
Vanilla or almond)
2 1/2 cupFlour
Procedures:
1Bleand ingredients together, adding one at a time.
2Drop batter by the teaspoonful onto center of each cookie section.
3Close lid and allow to cook 30 to 45 seconds or until lightly brown.
4Allow to cool on wire rack or towels.
5Dust with powdered sugar.
6Cookies may be served flat or rolled tightly into a cylinder.
7Cookies must be hot during rolling and held in shape until cool.
