Pizzelle alle nocciole

Ingredients:
4 largeEggs
1 cupGranulated sugar
1/4 tspSalt
1/2 Unsalted butter
2 cupAll-purpose flour
1/4 cupCocoa powder
1/2 tspCinnamon
1 tbspBaking powder
3/4 cupGround hazelnuts
Procedures:
1Whisk the eggs with the sugar and salt until light.
2Melt the butter and stir in. sift together all the remaining ingredients except the hazelnuts and fold in. stir in the hazelnuts last.
3Heat pizzelle iron and place 1 teaspoon of batter on each imprint.
4Close iron and bake 30 seconds.
5Cool on racks.
