Ingredients:

| cup | Flour | | 1 1/2
| cup | Shredded cheddar cheese | | 1 1/2
| tbsp | Baking powder | | 1/2
| tbsp | Salt | | 1/3
| cup | Milk | | 1
| | Egg, slightly beaten | | 16
| oz | Can garbanzos, drained | | 16
| oz | Can kidney beans, drained | | 8
| oz | Tomato sauce | | 1/2
| cup | Chopped green bell pepper | | 1/4
| cup | Chopped onion | | 2
| tbsp | Chili powder | | 1/2
| tbsp | Dried oregano leaves | | 1/4
| tbsp | Garlic powder |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat oven to 375 degrees. | | 2 | Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 ?inches. | | 3 | Mix flour, ?c cheese, the baking powder and salt in medium bowl. | | 4 | Stir in milk and egg until blended. | | 5 | Spread over bottom and up sides of pie plate. | | 6 | Mix ?c of the remaining cheese and the remaining ingredients; spoon into pie plate. | | 7 | Sprinkle with remaining ?c cheese. | | 8 | Bake about 25 minutes or until edges are puffy and light brown. | | 9 | Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. |
