| | Corn tortillas | | | Cut into 1" strips | | 3
| cup | Cooked turkey or chicken | | 1/2
| | Butter or margarine | | 1
| | Jars Old el paso taco sauce | | 1
| med | Onion, chopped | | 1
| can | Diced green chiles | | 1
| can | Cream of mushroom soup | | 1
| can | Cream chicken soup | | 1
| can | Consomme | | 1
| lbs | Shredded jack cheese | | 1
| lbs | Shredded cheddar cheese |

Procedures:
| 1 | Recipe by: governor fife symington, arizona melt butter in saucepan, then add onions. | | 2 | Cook until tender. | | 3 | Add green chiles, taco sauce, three soups and turkey or chicken. | | 4 | Place a layer of tortillas on bottom of 2" deep casserole dish. | | 5 | Place alternate layers of soup mixture, tortillas and cheese on top. | | 6 | Repeat for 3 layers, making sure top layer is cheese. | | 7 | Bake at 350 °F for 30 minutes to one hour, or until cheese on top is melted. | | 8 | Serves 8 to 10.jm. | | 9 | Governor fife symington, arizona |
