Pistachio & white chocolate cookies^

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cupFirmly packed light brown
Sugar
3/4 cupButter flavored crisco
2 tbspMilk
1 tspVanilla
1 Egg
1 3/4 cupFlour
1 tspSalt
3/4 tspBaking soda
1 cupWhite chocolate chunks
1 cupPistachios, toasted, skinned

Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 375°F.
2Place sheets of foil wrap on cooling surface.
3beat brown sugar, crisco, milk and vanilla until well blended, then beat in egg.
4combine flour, soda and salt then add to creamed mixture just until blended.
5Stir in white chocolate and nuts gently.
6drop by teaspoonfuls 3" apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
7Bake, one sheet at a time, about 8-10 minutes for chewy or 11-13 minutes for crisp cookies.
8Cool on sheet 2 minutes, remove to foil.
